This study explores the proportion of tuberculosis (TB) patients who smoke in two high TB burden countries, Bangladesh and Pakistan. It aims to understand their willingness to quit smoking and the potential for integrating cessation programs into TB care.
The findings will help inform public health strategies to improve TB treatment outcomes by addressing smoking habits among patients in these regions.
